Were at milton from 1981-1986 these were fantastic years
a truly great school.

Trying to contact an Old Boy of Milton School – Chris Rogers
Dear Sir/Madam, I am trying to find out some information on rugby player
Chris Rogers (who played four times for South Africa in 1984). I am
writing a history of the Harlequin rugby club (England) and would like
to find out if he is the same Chris Rogers from Rhodesia who played for
us in 1980.
If you can help or ask him to contact me if he is in touch with you,
that would be great.

Good day.
My name is Alphonce Spho Mpofu and completed A-levels in 1988.
My memories of my stay at this great school are still fresh in my mind.
It was great to walk around our then green Rugby fields wearing my Blue
Blazer with a Milton Motif.
I am Looking for my A-level History teacher Mr. Michael Bullivant as
well Mr. Fincham the then Principal.
Oh what great teachers these guys were.

Subject: Pushing Soap at Charter House
Dear Mick
I hope you're well. We don't know each other,but I found your contact
details on an Old Miltonians site. I did my A'Levels at Milton High
School between 1999 and 2000 as a boarder at Charter House. Yup, we're
generations apart!
I'm writing because of something you mentioned on the OM site. You wrote
briefly about 'pushing soap' at Charter House, which appears to have
been some sort of initiation. As I joined Charter House as a senior, I
have no idea what that is, or if the tradition survived through to my
time. I write fiction in my spare time, and happen to be working on a
chapter at the moment that is based on my time at Charter House. I was
wondering if you would be willing to elaborate on 'pushing soap' and
indeed any other experiences you guys went through at the time?
